BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with R8 Reformer Club. By booking a class or service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.2. R8 Reformer Club reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or booking system.
2. Class Bookings
2.1. All classes are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only when full payment is received.
2.2. Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, or in person at the studio.
2.3. A valid account with R8 Reformer Club is required to make a booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the scheduled class time will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled class time will not be eligible for a refund, and the class will be deducted from your package.
3.3. In cases of medical cancellations, a refund for memberships or class packages will only be considered if a medical certificate is provided, verifying that the client is unfit to participate. The refund will be processed after verification, subject to the terms of the original purchase.
3.4. R8 Reformer Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with notice provided to members. In such cases, members will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Late Arrival
4.1. Clients are strongly suggested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session. If a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, their space may be given to someone on the waiting list, and the class will be forfeited without refund.
4.2. We reserve the right to deny entry to the class if it disrupts the session.
5. Memberships and Packages
5.1. Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided by UAE consumer protection laws or in cases of medical unfitness as outlined in section 3.3.
5.2. All memberships and packages have an expiration date, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5.3. Memberships may include a specified limit on the number of classes that can be attended within a given period (e.g., per week or month). These limits will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and must be adhered to by the member. Any unused classes within the specified period cannot be carried over to the next period unless otherwise stated.
5.4. R8 Reformer Club reserves the right to adjust prices and terms for memberships and packages. Any price adjustments or changes to terms will not affect memberships or packages already purchased.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable physical condition to participate in any classes or activities at R8 Reformer Club. By attending classes, clients affirm that they have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent safe participation.
6.2. Clients are required to disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medical issues that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, disability, or any significant changes in health status. Failure to disclose such information may result in being asked to leave the class or may lead to injury, for which R8 Reformer Club will not be held responsible.
6.3. R8 Reformer Club is not liable for any injuries sustained during a class unless it is proven that the injury was directly caused by faulty equipment or grossly unsafe conditions created by the studio.
6.4. Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in injury, for which R8 Reformer Club is not responsible.
7. Conduct and Responsibility
7.1. Members are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment within the studio. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave the class or studio.
7.2. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the studio’s equipment or facilities. Any damage caused by negligent or inappropriate use of the equipment will result in the client being charged for repair or replacement costs.
7.3. R8 Reformer Club reserves the right to terminate memberships or deny services to individuals who violate these terms.
8. Personal Belongings
8.1. R8 Reformer Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the studio. Clients are advised to keep their belongings secure in the designated storage areas provided.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
9.2. By booking a class, members consent to the collection and use of their personal data for communication and marketing purposes related to R8 Reformer Club.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
